Anyone who has contacted me regarding a return will be able to vouch
for the fact that I am extremely accommodating in this respect. I want
you to be happy with your purchase - I don't want unsatisfied
customers, I would much rather make it right by exchanging the part or
refunding your money.
Unless otherwise specified, if you are dissatisfied with any of the
items you have purchased, you may return them (in re-saleable
condition) within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping).
Unless otherwise specified, all parts manufactured
by Steiger Performance carry a 1 year warranty against defects in
materials and workmanship. Should you receive a defective part,
please contact me to arrange for repair or replacement.
(Note: the printed invoice that accompanies your order will say
that my parts carry a 90 day warranty - this is because I am still in the
process of using up my stock of old letterhead. This statement on my
web site takes precedence, so the "unless otherwise specified" warranty is
actually 1 year.) Many of my products (including all of
my window regulator repair kits) carry a lifetime warranty.
